Structural redesign built around salvaged original framing
Second-floor expansion on the existing structure
Two new additions
Fixtures:
Pella Windows
Description of work:
This extensive renovation project began with a full salvage of the original structure, which was then redesigned to anchor a bold new layout. We added two new wings to the home and expanded vertically, framing and building a second story above the original footprint. The exterior received a major refresh, featuring hardboard siding, durable PVC trim, and a new deck for outdoor living. Throughout the project, we incorporated Pella windows to enhance natural light and energy efficiency, helping to unify the new additions with the preserved elements of the existing home.
