This project added both space and versatility to the home with the addition of a 2-car garage and a fully integrated in-law suite above. Designed for comfort and independence, the in-law unit features an open-concept kitchen that flows into a living area, where double French doors lead to a new second-story deck. The bedroom includes built-in floor to ceiling shelving that combines function and thoughtful design. A newly constructed bathroom completes the suite with a custom tiled shower and polished chrome fixtures for a clean, timeless finish.
